Description
The Dost 120 is a water-resistant electric gyro knife (115 volt) with a 120 mm circular blade, made in Germany by Dost. It has the widest blade of the Dost models and runs with more torque at lower rpm, which suits high-volume shops working stacked meat cones. It slices gyro, doner, donair, chicken, beef or lamb shawarma and tacos al pastor, and it sets slice thickness with one finger, no tools needed.
