2. Contact Gyrosknife Service: Contact our service team by phone at 1-877-394-8227 or by email at info@gyrosknife.com. Please have your serial number or invoice number ready so we can process your request efficiently.
3. Device Inspection and Cost Estimate: Our experienced technicians will inspect your device, diagnose the issue, and provide you with a repair cost estimate.
4. Approve the Repair: Once you receive the estimate, you can decide whether to proceed. If you approve, we will confirm the total repair cost. If you choose not to proceed, a $29.99 diagnostic fee will apply (waived if you purchase a new device).
5. Repair and Return: Once approved, we typically repair your electric knife within 1–3 business days. Afterwards, we will return your device ready for use, backed by a 6-month warranty on replacement parts.
