Description
The Ceylan Devran is a German-made electric gyro knife (115 volt) with an 80 mm circular blade, chosen by restaurant owners for its light, comfortable design and precise cutting. It slices gyro, doner and shawarma cones and sets slice thickness from 0 to 12 mm with one finger, no tools needed.
