Where we ship

We ship within the United States and to Canada. For orders to other countries, email info@gyrosknife.com or WhatsApp us at 858-380-6172.

Shipping rates

United States:

• Electric gyro slicers and knives: free shipping
• Parts: flat $9

Canada:

• Electric gyro slicers and knives: $25
• Parts: $25

Grills: grills ship by freight and are quoted per order. Please call 858-380-6172 for a shipping quote.

Processing time

Orders placed before 1 PM Eastern on a business day leave within 1 business day.

Carriers and tracking

We ship with UPS, FedEx and USPS. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are the buyer's responsibility.

Damaged or missing items

If anything arrives damaged or is missing, email info@gyrosknife.com within 5 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
