Warranty, Returns and Repairs

This page explains what is covered when you buy from GyrosKnife.com. It matches our Refund Policy.

Returns (all products)

You can return any product, including Uyar knives, within 14 days of delivery. Returns are sent back by mail, and you pay the return shipping cost.

Uyar money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with your Uyar gyro knife, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a return for a refund. This covers normal use. It does not cover misuse, abuse, accidental, cosmetic or liquid damage.

Electric slicers: 1-year limited warranty

Every electric slicer we sell is covered for one year from the date you bought it. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, meaning a fault in how the slicer was made.

It does not cover:

  • Misuse, abuse or accidental damage
  • Cosmetic damage or liquid damage
  • Repairs made or attempted by anyone other than GyrosKnife.com

Parts you buy on their own and install yourself: no warranty.

Parts our shop repairs or installs: covered for 6 months.

How to make a warranty claim

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order number, a short description of the problem and a photo or video if you can.
  2. We will confirm whether the problem is covered and tell you how to send the slicer or part to us.
  3. We will repair or replace the covered item.

Price match guarantee

When you buy, we will match the price of any online retailer based in the USA for the same new item. We match the current pre-tax price that is available to all customers. We allow one price match per item, per customer.
