Their customer service is exceptional. Friendly, caring people ready to help get your equipment back in working order. Our gyroknife failed on Friday afternoon at 2:30 pm. My husband called to ask about a replacement knife. The gentleman asked what brand and model knife we had, my husband told him a dost100 & said the switch had failed. The company said they had in stock replacement switches. He offered for us to mail the broken knife to him so he could repair it. We couldn't be without oir knife on a Saturday. He then offered to over night ship us a new switch so we could change the switch and have a working knife for a busy Saturday. The switch arrived the next day at the beginning of the lunch rush, 2 min later, we have a fully functioning knife. We can't thank the good people at gyrosknife enough. They will be our only knife supplier, as long as we are in business. Good product, good people.
