Description
A 90 mm fine-tooth hybrid replacement blade for UYAR electric gyro slicers. It is a genuine UYAR Ultracut 2nd Gen blade, made in Germany.
- Fits: UYAR D190, iCut 1, iCut 2 and iCut 2 Basic (all models with a 90 mm blade)
- Edge: hybrid, with fine teeth
- Diameter: 90 mm
Which 90 mm UYAR blade should I choose?
- Smooth Proficut or Smooth Ultracut: a plain edge for clean slices.
- Serrated Proficut: a toothed edge.
- Hybrid Fine Tooth Ultracut (this blade): fine teeth on an Ultracut blade, for shawarma, gyro and doner cones.
Other UYAR sizes: 80 mm blades fit the P180, P280, S180 and S280, 120 mm blades fit the T3120 and iCut 3, and the 100 mm blade fits the S3100. Keep the head greased with the UYAR grease syringe.
