How to run it — and keep the warranty

Slice only the cooked outer layer of the cone. Do not force the blade into the raw core.
Set thickness with the top adjuster (0–10 mm).
Regrease the bearing on UYAR’s schedule. That is the IP64 maintenance, not optional.
Use only genuine UYAR 100 mm blades. Off-brand blades can damage the spindle and void the warranty.
