The UYAR S180 Plus Premium is a straight-handle electric slicer for gyro shops that want an 80mm blade and higher daily volume.

It is built for slicing gyro meat off the cone with a classic grip, stepless thickness control, and a 130W drive meant for all-day service.

High-Speed DC Motor with Microcontroller
This microprocessor-controlled high-speed DC motor ensures consistent, powerful cutting without affecting flavor. Built-in temperature control protects the motor from overheating, reducing the risk of engine defects.
Waterproof (IP67)
The handpiece is waterproof to IP67 standards, preventing costly equipment failures due to contamination and water exposure. Note: The kebab slicer is not dishwasher safe and should not be submerged in water for more than 30 minutes. Regular re-greasing of the bearing is recommended. The power supply should be kept dry.
